Company of Heroes 2 Cover and Label

Hi again,
There is a cover for Company of heroes 2 but it is in Russian and kinda pink
I really appreciate if someone put one in english and not pink btw need a label too.(without number if possible the current size of the game requires 4-5 discs even as 8.2gb discs I think it is better if you let the user put numbers on it but it is your call mates.)

Edit : well it looks like it is not that pink when you download it but it is still in russian(not sure if that is russian tbh)
